Macallan 15 YO Double Cask Whiskey 43% vol. 0.70l
The 15-year-old Macallan Double Cask Whiskey spends its resting time in two different barrels, American and European oak. The carefully selected and hand-made barrels were previously filled with dry Oloroso sherry and give this Macallan its delicately spicy taste of bourbon vanilla, citrus fruits and soft butterscotch notes.
Tasting notes
- Nose : Sweet scents of dried fruits, caramel and honey are accompanied by nuances of vanilla, oak and baked apple.
- Palate : There is a fine aroma of raisins, vanilla, citrus and spicy wood aromas.
- Finish : very long-lasting and creamy, with warm ginger notes and a citrus freshness
